A revolutionary new design
The traditional shower with the strainer plate and holes cannot provide a modern environment-friendly shower, so Multishower studied the rain to discover a new way of handling water in your shower.
Multishower designers noticed that in a real cloud-burst, the water come as large, “juicy” drops at very high speeds, exactly what Multishower wanted to emulate for its new concept in shower heads.
The solution was found in the use of a turbine-vane screw. The water comes through the shower handle at full pressure and velocity down through the stem of the screw before it is deflected backwards into an expansion chamber. This action causes the water to be exposed to periodic and partial under and over pressure.
The action of under and over pressure takes place with a pulse frequency of 30~40 times per second. Translation: the Multishower showerhead is able to turn on and off the water 30~40 times per second, maintaining water pressure, temperature and comfort with the least amount of water possible.
